Bohemia is a chamelon-like place; it can be calm, relaxing, quiet and intimate, or it can be loud, vibrant and unpredictable. Our uniquely, custom-designed bar configuration allows for nearly any kind of atmosphere to be created with only subtle changes.

Our capacity is currently 65 patrons, plus staff. (Coming in Spring 2012: Front patio addition, which should increase capacity substantially). There is plenty of customer parking around Bohemia via parking meters (free after 6PM) and overflow pay parking lots directly behind Bohemia. Patrons should have no trouble finding free parking to use depending on the time of day. Hint: There is a bus stop in front of our windows that is not ALWAYS a bus stop - and is free parking when it's not!
We have a stage that is 12' x 9.5' (rectangular) with a unique street-front view, visible from outside through our full-frontal glass windows. This stage can be used for live music, DJ performances, theatrical or spoken performances. Although the size sounds small, it is a very intimate room, and it is easy to use the space in front of the stage to perform in and interact with the audience.
Bohemia also has a variety of triggered, controllable party lighting which can be used for setting a mood, including a rotating disco ball, stage lighting, and audio-activated strobe lights of various kinds. Additional lighting can be obtained upon request based on your needs.
The P.A. and sound system allows for nearly any type of use, and is more than loud enough for any event. Bohemia has its own mixing boards, microphones, mic stands, direct-input boxes, on stage monitors, and much more. We strive to provide the best quality of sound production and supply our own sound technician.
All of our pub-style tables and chairs are non-fixed and can be moved into any configuration. There are also fixed, shelf-style long runner tables installed along each side of the room.
Bohemia can fully cater and customize the food at your event, through our catering agreement with Early Bird Cafe which is located directly next door. We have a standard menu containing diner/pub fare, or you can request specific catering pertaining to your event. We are extremely flexible and capable in this regard!
Bohemia also has its own ATM located at the back of the room, near the washrooms, for the convenience of our patrons.
Most importantly: We have a fully stocked bar, with lots of traditional options and a few new twists available (including locally brewed products from Amber's Brewing and Alley Kat available).
